Depending on the seller, specific shipping and return terms may vary.


1. Shipping Policy

(a) General Shipping

  • Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed.

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on the product type, seller, and delivery location.

  • Standard dispatch time is 2–7 business days, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

  • For heavy machinery or industrial items, shipping time may be extended due to transportation logistics.

(b) Vendor-Sold Products

  • For products sold by third-party vendors, shipping is handled directly by the respective vendor or their logistics partner.

  • Mecolt is not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues caused during vendor-managed shipping.

  • The vendor’s individual shipping charges and timelines will be displayed on the product page where applicable.

(c) Mecolt-Sold Products

  • For products sold directly by Mecolt Spares, shipping is managed through Mecolt’s approved logistics partners.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email and tracking details once the shipment is dispatched.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability.

(d) Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If the product is undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to the seller and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.


2. Return Policy

(a) General Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only under specific conditions listed below.

  • To request a return, customers must contact the seller or Mecolt (if Mecolt is the seller) within 3–7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

(b) Vendor-Sold Products

  • Returns and replacements for vendor-sold items are managed by the vendor directly.

  • Each vendor’s return policy may differ based on the product type.

  • Mecolt facilitates communication between the customer and vendor but is not directly responsible for vendor returns or refunds.

(c) Mecolt-Sold Products

  • For products sold by Mecolt Spares, returns are accepted if:

    • The product is defective or damaged during delivery

    • The wrong product or quantity was received

    • The product does not match its description

  • Mecolt reserves the right to inspect the returned product before issuing a replacement or refund.

(d) Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Heavy equipment once installed or used

  • Spare parts that have been fitted or operated

  • Electrical or hydraulic components once unpacked

  • Products sold under “No Return” policy (clearly mentioned on the product page)


3. Refund Policy

(a) Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are initiated only after the product is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after verification.

(b) Vendor-Sold Products

  • For vendor products, refund responsibility lies with the respective vendor.

  • Mecolt will assist in tracking refund progress but cannot issue refunds on behalf of vendors.

(c) Mecolt-Sold Products

  • For Mecolt’s own products, refunds are processed directly by Mecolt Enterprises.

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.

  2. Contact support@mecolt.com or use the “Contact Us” form within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Our team will verify the issue and coordinate with the vendor or shipping partner for resolution.

Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full or partial refund


5. Order Cancellation

(a) Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment without penalty.

  • To cancel, contact our support team via email or your account dashboard.

(b) After Dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • Customers can request a return (if eligible) after delivery.
