1. Nature of Platform

Mecolt operates as an online multi-vendor marketplace and reseller platform for:

• Vehicle Spares

• Machinery Spares

• Equipment Spares

• Industrial Spares and Materials

Mecolt allows third-party vendors (“Sellers”) to list, market, and sell their products to customers (“Buyers”) and also sells products that Mecolt purchases directly from manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers.

Unless explicitly stated, Mecolt is not the manufacturer of any listed item and provides listings for reference and transactional facilitation only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you:

• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, and

• Agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.

If you are accessing Mecolt on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Vendor and Seller Responsibilities

For products listed by vendors:

• Each vendor is independently responsible for product accuracy, pricing, warranty, and compliance with applicable laws.

• Vendors must ensure the quality, safety, and legality of their goods.

• Vendors agree that Mecolt is not liable for product defects, misrepresentations, or after-sales issues caused by them.

• Vendors must indemnify Mecolt from any claim, loss, or damages arising from their listings or sales.

Mecolt acts only as a facilitator for transactions between buyers and vendors.

5. Mecolt Direct Sales

Mecolt may also purchase and resell products under its own name.
For such sales:

• Mecolt acts as the primary seller,

• Provides full invoicing, support, and warranty as per applicable law, and

• Takes full responsibility for the product’s quality and delivery.

Products sold directly by Mecolt will be clearly identified as such.

6. Product Descriptions and OEM Reference

All product descriptions, images, brand names, and specifications are provided for informational and reference purposes only.
Unless specifically stated, it is not implied that:

• The product is manufactured by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or

• Mecolt or vendors are officially affiliated with any OEM brands.

Any OEM names, model numbers, or part references are used solely for identification.

7. Orders and Payments

• Orders placed on Mecolt are subject to availability and vendor confirmation.

• Payments must be completed through authorized payment gateways.

• Mecolt reserves the right to cancel orders in case of fraud suspicion, technical errors, or vendor non-compliance.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on product type, vendor location, and logistics.
Mecolt or the respective vendor will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the promised timeframe.
Delays caused by logistics companies, strikes, natural calamities, or third-party errors are beyond Mecolt’s control.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Briefly:

• Products can be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from their description.

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

• Custom-made, used, or electrical items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

10. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Mecolt shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from the use, inability to use, or reliance on the Platform or any product sold.

• Mecolt is not responsible for vendor errors, misrepresentations, delivery delays, or third-party failures.

• In any case, Mecolt’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the disputed order.

Mecolt provides all services “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mecolt, its employees, directors, and affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the website,

• Your breach of these Terms, or

• Any third-party claim arising from your actions on the Platform.

12. Intellectual Property and Image Usage Disclaimer

All product names, brand names, logos, images, and trademarks displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners.
They are used strictly for identification, informational, and reference purposes only.

Mecolt does not claim any ownership or affiliation with these brands or their intellectual property.
All such rights remain with their respective owners.

Images, diagrams, or product visuals used on this platform may have been sourced from publicly available materials, manufacturer brochures, or vendor submissions.
These images are used only to represent the type, compatibility, or function of the product being sold.

Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.

19. No Legal Liability Clause

Mecolt, its management, staff, partners, and vendors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, claim, or damage arising out of:

• Third-party actions.
